Vegas Weekend

THURSDAY, August  28

  • Arrive at hotel by 4 p.m. PT and get checked in;
  • Hospitality Suite—Meet and greet in Penthouse hospitality suite from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. (food and beverage provided);
  • Go to dinner—We all have different tastes and different diets.  If we can go to one spot as one large group, that would be cool; but I know this may be difficult to pull off.  So, everybody would be on their own for dinner Thursday night. I recommend going in small groups. We will go to dinner as a group on Friday.
  • After dinner, on your own—walk around the Strip, hit the tables, go to bed and get some sleep, whatever floats your boat.
  • Penthouse Hospitality Suite will be open from midnight – UNTIL

FRIDAY, August 29

  • 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Breakfast—If you’re up to it, meet in the lobby of the hotel at 9 a.m. and head out to breakfast—large group or small ones.
  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.  On your own—after breakfast, on your own for lunch—walk around the strip, hit the tables, shop, whatever.
  • 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Dinner on your own in smaller groups.
  • 9 p.m. until—Entertainment—Party Bus and Walk About Fremont Street— What happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas.  We all have different taste. Just be safe.  I’ll have some more options (clubs, concert,  cigar lounge, etc.) for everyone to choose from. We can always hit more than one spot.
  • Post-entertainment—On your own.

SATURDAY, August 30

  • 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Breakfast—If you’re up to it, meet in the lobby of the hotel at 8 a.m. and head out to breakfast—large group or small ones.
  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.  On your own—after breakfast, on your own for lunch—walk around the strip, hit the tables, see a show, shop, whatever. The hospitality suite will be open if you want to just come by and relax.
  • 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. Group Dinner—meet in the Hospitality Suite at 6 p.m.  Head out to dinner at 7 p.m.  Dinner from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • 8 p.m. until—Entertainment— Reggae on the Roof, Citrus Pool –  Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino 8 p.m. until—
  • Post-entertainment—On your own. Penthouse Hospitality Suite will be open from midnight – UNTIL

SUNDAY, August  31

  • Fly back home. Have a safe trip.

Bring your phones and be prepared to take a lot of pictures and videos.  Possible professional videographer and photographer.  We are going to have a BLAST and make some memories.

FAQs

Is there any cost to participate in the Weekend’s event?

There is no cost to be a part of the event itself. You are responsible for your own travel, food, and accommodations.  There will be snacks and drinks in the hospitality suite.

How much money should I bring?

Enough to do whatever you want to do. Whether you want to ball out, pop bottles, and hit the clubs or just chill, do your thing.

Do I have to stay at the Aria Resort & Casino?

No. You can stay wherever you want to while in Vegas.  If you can get away with pitching a tent on the strip, go ahead (joking). The Aria will be our HQ during the weekend, where we will all meet up centrally to do dinner at least once and congregate. But you can stay wherever you want to.

Will there be anything we do as a group?

Yes, group dinner, Party Bus/Fremont, Reggae on the Roof, hang out in the Penthouse hospitality suite.
