Martin A. Brown — Founder, Brother, Visionary
Martin A. Brown is the visionary behind Brotherhood & Blackjack and the founder of Brothers21, LLC. As a U.S. Navy veteran, attorney, and entrepreneur, Martin brings discipline, purpose, and heart to everything he builds.
Through years of professional experience and personal growth, Martin saw firsthand how easy it is for men to drift apart—from each other and from themselves. Brotherhood & Blackjack was born out of that awareness: a space for men to take off the armor, show up as they are, and recharge in real community.
Martin is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. However, Brotherhood & Blackjack is open to all men—regardless of profession, background, or affiliation. Whether you’re a white-collar exec, a blue-collar grinder, or somewhere in between, there’s a seat for you here.
